Tony Rousmaniere, PsyD
Dr. Rousmaniere is a licensed psychologist on the Clinical Faculty at the University of Washington Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in Seattle, where he also maintains a private practice. His research focus is clinical supervision and training. He provides clinical consultation and training for trainees and therapists around the world, including Australia, Asia, India, England, Europe, and the United States.
Dr. Rousmaniere books include the forthcoming Mastering the Inner Skills of Psychotherapy: A Deliberate Practice Manual, Deliberate Practice for Psychotherapists, The Cycle of Excellence: Training, Supervision, and Deliberate Practice, and Using Technology to Enhance Clinical Supervision.
Dr. Rousmaniere's work has been featured in The Atlantic, the American Psychological Association's Monitor on Psychology, the British Psychological Society, the Society for Advancement of Psychotherapy, and the Globe and Mail.

Dr. Rousmaniere is on the editorial boards of the research journals Psychotherapy and Journal of Psychotherapy Integration. He has authored or co-authored over 35 peer-review articles and chapters on clinical supervision, clinical training, professional development, and related topics.
In 2018 Dr. Rousmaniere won two awards: the Early Career Award from the Society for the Advancement of Psychotherapy (American Psychological Association Division 29), and the Outstanding Publication of the Year Award for the Cycle of Excellence from the American Psychological Association Division 17 Section for Supervision and Training.
